Agency History

Advantage Health of Central Indiana, LLC was founded in September of 2020 by Morgan Powell and Robert Lannerd. Together, they bring over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Morgan and Robert both have experience with the Children's Mental Health Waiver, the Children's Mental Health Initiative, and with the Department of Child Services. The agency is contracted directly with DMHA, DCS, Medicaid, Choices Coordinated Care Solutions, and Indiana Professional Management Group. Currently, AHOCI has over 25 contractors and is actively growing. The agency was founded to serve the SED population ages 6-17 in central Indiana through wraparound services through DMHA and Choices. In July 2025, AHOCI contracted with DCS to provide community services to youth and families across the State of Indiana. In September 2026, AHOCI expanded their reach to help others and contracted with IPMG to provide wraparound services.

Agency Mission and Goals

Advantage Health of Central Indiana, LLC strives to provide proficient services using evidence-based practice models that include trauma-informed intervention and continuity of care to children of the SED population. As an agency, we work directly with families and provider teams to ensure the mental health needs of at-risk children are met and every child we work with has all of the tools for success!
