Morgan Powell, CEO
She/Her/Hers
MPowell@advantagehealthoci.org
317-498-4082
Morgan is the Chief Executive Officer of Advantage Health, bringing over a decade of experience in social work and a lifelong commitment to supporting and advocating for children, families, and mental health professionals.
She began her career with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Ball State University, initially planning to work in the classroom and later in administration. However, it wasn’t long before she discovered her true passion—helping families facing complex emotional and behavioral challenges. This realization led her into the mental health field, where she has worked tirelessly to create better systems of care and support.
At Advantage Health, Morgan leads with the belief that both providers and families deserve to feel safe, supported, and empowered. Her mission is to foster environments -where mental health professionals can thrive and where children and families have the resources they need to reach their fullest potential.
Outside of her work, Morgan loves spending time in Orlando with her family, visiting Disney World and Universal Studios. She’s a devoted animal lover, proud cat mom, and enjoys winding down with a great true crime podcast.

Rob Lannerd, Cofounder, Owner, & Provider
He/Him/His
RLannerd@advantagehealthoci.org
With more than 15 years of experience in social services, Rob is the Cofounder and Owner of AHOCI, where he provides direct services and leadership to support children and families. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Rob specializes in working with children who have serious emotional and behavioral disorders, including ADHD, depression, trauma, and autism as well as offering family support and training to strengthen the home environment.
Taking a strength-based approach, Rob focuses on discovering what each child naturally gravitates toward and using those interests as a foundation for trust, confidence, and growth. Known for a calm and steady presence, Rob helps create safe, supportive spaces where children can thrive and families can grow stronger together. For him, the most rewarding part of the work is seeing children succeed; whether that’s thriving in school, building positive relationships, or finding their place in the community.
Beyond professional life, Rob stays grounded through strength training, exercise, hiking, cooking, traveling, and spending time outdoors, especially near water. A former pharmaceutical representative and swim coach, he discovered a passion for helping children push past limits and celebrating their successes early on. Today, that same passion continues to guide his work at AHOCI.
If given the chance to share a cup of coffee with anyone, Rob would choose Jesus Christ; for the wisdom, love, and purpose He could share. Rob grew up with the wisdom of his dad reminding him to never quit and keep moving forward.

Rebecca "Becky" Neal, LBSW
She/Her/Hers
765-203-1311
Since 2008, Becky has worked in the field of social services, bringing a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and hands-on experience to both youth and families. In their current role at AHOCI as a Operations Coordinator, Supervisor, and Mental Health Provider, she specializes in connecting families with critical community resources, supporting youth with severe emotional disturbances, and addressing issues related to child abuse and neglect.
Guided by the philosophy that “every undesirable behavior is a cry for an unmet need,” Becky approaches every client with empathy, respect, and the understanding that we are all just one hard day away from needing support ourselves. This perspective drives their passion for helping families overcome challenges and giving caregivers peace of mind, knowing their child is safe, understood, and genuinely cared for.
Becky is known for her deep understanding of the systems families navigate, her organizational strength, and her passion for helping others learn. Whether it’s mentoring staff, guiding parents, working one-on-one with a young person, or supporting the agency behind the scenes she is committed to making a positive, lasting impact. Colleagues often describe her as highly self-sufficient, deeply resourceful, and someone who thrives on helping others meet their goals even when time or energy is in short supply.
To stay grounded, Becky enjoys swimming, spending time with her husband and cats, and indulge in cozy hobbies like playing video games, building Legos, or crafting Miniverse items. She also loves baseball, cooking for others, and the occasional binge of a good reality TV show.
A lifelong advocate at heart, Becky was inspired to enter the field by personal experiences growing up in Texas watching foster parents provide safe harbor for children and supporting her father through a work-related injury that left him disabled and advocacy needs. They bring that same spirit of advocacy and resilience to every client and team member they serve.
If given the chance, Becky would have coffee with musician Jelly Roll to explore how we can better support future generations and learn what might have helped him as a youth.
With years of supervisory experience and a heart for service, Becky is a valuable asset to AHOCI and the families they serve.
